🤔 아는 어휘가 많이 늘은 것 같습니다. 본문에 나온 단어들이 쉬울 수도 있지만, 밑줄이 많이 줄었습니다. 그렇지만 제 포스팅을 보시는 다른 분들을 위해서 제가 생각할 때 정리가 필요한 단어나 표현들은 밑줄을 치고 내용을 넣고 있습니다. 힘들지만 유창하게 스페인어를 듣고, 이해하고, 말하는 날까지 계속 올릴 작정입니다.

Hoy estoy muy contento pues ya llevo dos meses sin fumar. Y aunque dos meses puede que no parezca mucho tiempo, para mí ha sido un gran logro. Empecé a fumar cuando tenía veinte años y desde entonces he intentado dejarlo en varias ocasiones, pero nunca había conseguido dejar de fumar durante más de un mes. 

 

En realidad, hace unos años los malos hábitos me daban igual porque era joven y no pensaba en las consecuencias de mis actos, pero con el paso del tiempo me he dado cuenta de que la salud y el bienestar deben ser una prioridad si uno quiere sacarle el jugo a la vida.

 

Pero vencer un mal hábito no es algo sencillo, de hecho, suele ser algo muy difícil y trabajoso; se requiere mucha determinación, disciplina y motivación para alcanzar tal objetivo. Leí por ahí que la mejor forma de vencer un mal hábito es reemplazarlo por uno bueno, y que para crear un nuevo hábito hay que practicarlo consecutivamente durante veintiún días.

 

 Así que he estado intentando cambiar algunos hábitos en mi día a día y, aunque pareciera que no son cosa del otro mundo, han supuesto un gran reto para mí. Por ejemplo, estoy intentando irme a la cama más temprano y en vez de usar el móvil antes de dormir estoy leyendo un libro. 

 

No ha sido fácil, pero el resultado ha sido muy beneficioso para mí. Antes me costaba mucho dormir y a veces incluso pasaba la noche en blanco, pero ahora duermo como un tronco. También estoy intentando mejorar mi dieta, comiendo más verduras y dejando a un lado la comida chatarra y gracias a ello ya he perdido bastante peso. 

 

Otro hábito que estoy intentando crear es el de salir a correr en las mañanas, aunque siendo honesto me ha costado mucho despertarme más temprano de lo habitual. Pero bueno, en general me siento muy orgulloso de mi nuevo estilo de vida.

 

Si tú estás intentando cambiar algún hábito en tu vida tómatelo con calma, ve a tu propio ritmo y no te desesperes cuando vuelvas a caer en un mal hábito. Lo importante es que tengas clara tu meta y vuelvas a intentarlo cuantas veces sea necesario.

dejar de: stop doing something
Me gustaría dejar de fumar. (담배를 끊고 싶다.)

[ES] En realidad, hace unos años los malos hábitos me daban igual porque era joven y no pensaba en las consecuencias de mis actos, pero con el paso del tiempo me he dado cuenta de que la salud y el bienestar deben ser una prioridad si uno quiere sacarle el jugo a la vida.

dar cuenta de algo: (=informar) recount sth, report sth. give account of sth. 설명하다.
(=acabar) finish sth off, 끝내다.
Tiene que darle cuenta a ella de sus actos. (He has to account to her for his actions.)
No tiene que dar cuentas a nadie. (He's not answerable to anyone.)

sacarle el jugo a algo: get the most out of something; ~을 최대한 활용하다.
Es la primera vez que viajo a España y quiero sacarle el jugo a esta experiencia para practicar mi español. (처음으로 스페인에 여행을 가게 되었다. 스페인어를 연습하는 데 이번 기회를 최대한 활용하고 싶다.)

[EN] But overcoming a bad habit is not something simple, in fact, it is usually something very difficult and laborious; it takes a lot of determination, discipline and motivation to achieve such a goal. I read somewhere that the best way to overcome a bad habit is to replace it with a good one, and that to create a new habit you have to practice it consecutively for twenty-one days.

hecho: nm. fact, event, occurrence, deed, matter of fact
hecho는 hacer 동사의 과거분사이기도 하지만, 명사도 있음.
Una teoría debe basarse en hechos, no en una suposición. (A theory must be based on facts, not on an assumption.)
Los artículos científicos deben presentar los hechos sin prejuicios. (Scientific papers must present facts without bias.)

soler: v. tent to, usually, soler + 부정사 = usually 부정사
soler 동사는 영어로 적당하게 받을 동사가 없다. 의미는 'tend to' 또는 'be accustomed to' 정도로 생각하면 된다. 영어에서 normally, usually, generally의 의미가 있을 때 스페인어로 soler 동사를 사용하면 된다. 
Suelo comer a las 7 de la tarde. (I uauslly eat at 7 pm.)
Suelo levantarme tarde los fines de semana. (I usually get up late on the weekends.)

trabajaso: a. hard, laborious, difficult

alcanzar: v. ahieve, meet, attain, obtain, catch
He alcanzado mis metas. (I have achieved my goals.)
En el fondo, todos queremos alcanzar nuestras metas. (Ultimately, we all want to achieve our goals.)
Todos los países deben contribuir para alcanzar objetivos ambientales. (All countries must contribute to meet environmental goals.)
Alcancé mis metas con mucho trabajo. (I attained my goals through hard work.)
Hay que trabajar mucho para alcanzar la perfección. (You have to work hard to obtain perfection.)

pareciera: parecer 동사의 접속법 불완료과거형, 본인의 주관적인 생각을 말하고 있어 접속법 불완료로 표현했다.
parecer: v. look, look like, seem, appear, turn up
A primera vista, la mujer parecía amable. (At first glance, the woman seemed friendly.)

[ES] No ha sido fácil, pero el resultado ha sido muy beneficioso para mí. Antes me costaba mucho dormir y a veces incluso pasaba la noche en blanco, pero ahora duermo como un tronco. También estoy intentando mejorar mi dieta, comiendo más verduras y dejando a un lado la comida chatarra y gracias a ello ya he perdido bastante peso. 

[EN] It has not been easy, but the result has been very beneficial for me. I used to have a hard time sleeping and sometimes even spent the night in white, but now I sleep like a log. I am also trying to improve my diet, eating more vegetables and leaving junk food aside and thanks to that I have already lost quite a lot of weight.

costar: v. 타동사일 때는 cost, 자동사로는 to be difficult, to be hard의 의미로 쓰인다.

pasar la noche en blanco: not to be able to get to sleep (all night)

Mi amiga consiguió un buen trabajo gracias a sus aptitudes. (My friend got a good job thanks to her capabilities.)
Gracias a un ascenso, mi renta mensual ha aumentado. (Thanks to a promotion, my monthly income has increased.)

[ES] Otro hábito que estoy intentando crear es el de salir a correr en las mañanas, aunque siendo honesto me ha costado mucho despertarme más temprano de lo habitual. Pero bueno, en general me siento muy orgulloso de mi nuevo estilo de vida.

[EN] Another habit I'm trying to get into is going for a run in the mornings, although to be honest I've been having a hard time waking up earlier than usual. But overall I'm very proud of my new lifestyle.

[KO] 내가 만들려고 노력하는 다른 습관은 아침에 조깅을 나가는 것이다. 그런데 솔직히 평소 보다 일찍 일어나는 것은 너무 어렵다. 그렇지만, 나는 나의 새로운 삶의 스타일이 무척 자랑스럽게 느껴진다.

temprano: ad. early

[ES] Si tú estás intentando cambiar algún hábito en tu vida tómatelo con calma, ve a tu propio ritmo y no te desesperes cuando vuelvas a caer en un mal hábito. Lo importante es que tengas clara tu meta y vuelvas a intentarlo cuantas veces sea necesario.

[EN] If you are trying to change any habit in your life take it easy, go at your own pace and do not despair when you fall back into a bad habit. The important thing is that you are clear about your goal and try again as many times as necessary.
