No sé si estás de acuerdo conmigo, pero uno de los retos más difíciles que existen es bajar de peso. Engordar es facilísimo. pero adelgazar requiere de mucho esfuerzo, disciplina y constancia. Sin embargo, últimamente me he dado cuenta de que algunos de mis amigos, que comen mucho más que yo, se mantienen delgados y pareciera que no les cuesta mantenerse en forma.

En cambio yo, con solo oler la comida ya aumento dos kilos, y para mantener mi peso a raya tengo que sacrificar un montón de cosas que me gustan. Para ser honesto, creo que la genética de cada uno influye mucho en estas cosas y por eso yo no me fio de dietas y productos milagrosos que prometen ayudarte a perder peso en cuestión de días.

A mi modo de ver, te dan gato por liebre pues cada persona requiere de una dieta y una rutina distinta ya que todos tenemos un metabolismo diferente. Además, creo que es importante reconocer que nuestro cuerpo va cambiando: antes yo podía comer muchas cosas y apenas ganaba peso, pero ahora tengo que controlarme y comer menos.

Personalmente he notado que si quiero adelgazar hay algunos alimentos que debo evitar, como por ejemplo el pan, los postres y todo tipo de productos azucarados y bebidas alcohólicas. También debería hacer más deporte, o al menos salir a dar un paseo diariamente, pues he caído en la cuenta de que llevo un estilo de vida muy sedentario, especialmente este año por culpa de la pandemia.

en fin, el punto es  que no hay que dormirse en los laureles, sino que hay que controlar nuestro peso mirando diariamente la balanza, pero también prestando atención a la manera en que nuestro cuerpo reacciona con lo que comemos y con nuestras rutinas de ejercicios.

Además, creo que es importante reconocer que nuestro cuerpo va cambiando: antes yo podía comer muchas cosas y apenas ganaba peso, pero ahora tengo que controlarme y comer menos.

dar gato por liebre: 직역하면 "토끼 대신 고양이를 주다."인데, 상대방을 속여서 원래 약속했던 것을 주지 않고 품질이나 가치가 떨어지는 것을 주는 상황을 표현한다.

va cambiando: ir + 현재분사의 형태로 어떤 행동의 진행을 강조한다.
영어로 치면 ~ing의 의미이다. 예를 들면, am doing/was doing/will be doing, have been doing으로 번역할 수 있다. 간혹 문맥상 go on doing something이나 get on with doing something으로 번역되기도 한다.
Ella va poniendo la mesa mientras yo termino de cocinar. (She is laying the table while I finish cooking.)
Los estudiantes fueron terminando las últimas preguntas del examen. (The students were finishing off the last questions of the exam.)

[EN] Personally I have noticed that if I want to lose weight there are some foods I should avoid, such as bread, desserts and all kinds of sugary products and alcoholic beverages. I should also do more sport, or at least go for a daily walk, as I have realized that I lead a very sedentary lifestyle, especially this year because of the pandemic.
