Después de asearme y vestirme estoy listo para desayunar. Generalmente mi desayuno es bastante simple, lo primero que hago es encender la cafetera automática y meter una cápsula de café para hacerme un expreso.
Algunas personas añaden leche, pero yo prefiero el sabor intenso de café en la mañana pues me ayuda a estar activo para iniciar el día. Luego abro la alacena para buscar el pan, tomo dos rebanadas y las pongo en la tostadora.
Cuando el café está listo y el pan está tostado me gusta poner un poco de aceite de oliva extra virgen sobre el pan. En realidad, debo decir que preferiría comer unos huevos con jamón en las mañanas, o unos churros con chocolate, pero la verdad es que no tengo tiempo para cocinar, debo preparar algo rápido y salir de prisa para llegar a tiempo al trabajo. Mientras tomo mi desayuno reviso mis redes sociales y visito las páginas de noticias, me gusta estar informado de los acontecimientos más importantes del día antes de salir a trabajar.
Cuando termino de comer, lavo los platos y demás utensilios que he usado y luego tomo alguna fruta de la cesta que está encima de la mesa del comedor para más tarde.
Finalmente, me aseguro de que mi ordenador y mis documentos están dentro de mi maleta, salgo de casa y me meto en mi coche que está aparcado justo en frente y conduzco hasta mi lugar de trabajo.
