Ayer tuve un altercado con un compañero de trabajo y la verdad es que me he estado comiendo la cabeza desde entonces. Creo que me dejé llevar por la rabia que sentí en aquel momento y reaccioné de forma incorrecta. Generalmente no soy una persona impulsiva y creo que controlo bastante bien mis emociones, 

 

lamentablemente hay días en que uno no está para fiestas y el cansancio, el estrés y los problemas se acumulan hasta que finalmente explotas. Debo admitir que ese compañero nunca me ha caído bien, es muy arrogante y se cree mejor que los demás; es de esas personas que no aportan nada, pero lo critican todo.

 

Por lo general paso de él, ignoro sus comentarios y sus críticas, pero ayer la cosa pasó de castaño oscuro. Llegué a la oficina quince minutos tarde puesto que habían cortado la carretera a causa de un accidente y tuve que tomar una ruta más larga. Al entrar lo primero que oí fue a ese compañero decir en voz alta:
“como siempre llegando tarde”,

 

al ver que mi jefe también le había escuchado me enfadé muchísimo; me supo muy mal su comentario pues por lo general no llego tarde al trabajo. No os imagináis la rabia que sentí, me hervía la sangre y no me pude controlar, levanté la voz y le mandé a freír espárragos delante de todos, luego él me insultó y yo le insulté de vuelta,

 

al final mi jefe tuvo que intervenir y nos pidió que nos calmáramos. Fue un momento verdaderamente incómodo y creo que pude haberlo evitado quedándome callado.
